1. Brief Introduction

Water-lock inhibitor for drilling fluid--- FSS-1 is a kind of non-ionic surfactant mainly made from silicon compound and alcohol compound after ethoxylation reaction. The product can be effective in low permeability reservoir during drilling to prevent water blocking damage, so as to protect the low - permeability oil and gas reservoirs .

3. Application Scope

Available in all kinds of water-based drilling fluid system.

4．Usage and Dosage

Prepared into gel or directly added into the drilling fluid. Recommended dosage is 0.1% for each circulation.

5. Packaging and Storage

As per clients’ requirement, the product is packed in polyethyleneplastic buckets or iron drum of 25kg, 50kg, or 200kg net weight each and stored in cool, dry and ventilated places. Guarantee period is 1 year long.

6. Environment and Safety

This product is non-toxic and harmless to human and environment. No need of special attention when using. Avoid contacting with eyes, skin and clothes, otherwise wash with plenty of water. No swallowing.
