1. Brief Introduction 

Drilling fluid is blood of drilling process in metaphor. “3D” is the key point to ensure “3H”, that is Drilling Fluid Plugging, Plugging Speed, Plugging Strength. Plugging occurs once speed achieves. Enough plugging strength to support cement slurry to predetermined return height or wellhead, well life span extended.

3. Application Scope 

 

A. Available in liquid drilling fluid, friendly to environment, high temperature resistance, salt resistance, high pressure resistance, friction reduction. 

 B. Applicable in land and offshore oilfields, with freshwater or salty water, at high or low temperature. 
 
C. MSC-3H well drilling and cementing silicon film pressure bearing agent has good compatibility with all drilling fluid system. It makes changes on the original drilling fluid, but little effects on it. It is effective in improving mud cake quality, reducing drilling complicated difficulties, improving cementing quality, increasing oil and gas production, therefore extending well life. 
 
4. MSC-3H Usage and Dosage
 

(1) Mixed with coarse granule in fractures over 2mm
 

(2) Vibrating screen will be blocked if the drilling fluid has wellbore plugging capacity. The key point to plug wellbore while no blocking of vibrating screen is to choose the right adding method and adding volume
 

(3) Regular addition is 0.3%~0.5% （1 T in 8.5’’ borehole drilling ), uniformly added, small addition with multiple times.
 

(4) Sealed under a positive pressure difference, the greater the pressure, the tighter it seals, and flow back automatically under a negative pressure. In wells with kick and lost circulation, it needs to increase the density to maintain a positive pressure difference before tripping, to ensure blocking quality.
 

(5)Recommended dosage is 0.1%～0.3% for each circulation
 

5. Packaging and storage

It is packed in paper/plastic bag of 25kg net weight each and stored in cool, dry and ventilation places. Keep away from toxic products. Guarantee period is 3 year long.
 

6. Environment and Safety
 

It is harmless to environment or health. It should be treated as industry chemicals and wear personnel protective equipment.
