High Temperature and Saturated Salt Resistant FiltrateReducer for Drilling Fluid 

1. Brief Introduction

It is a kind of high temperature and saturated salt resistant filtrate reducer using propylene monomers as the main raw material. It has good resistance to temperature and salt and good filtrate reducer effects in deeper wells .

3. Application Scope

 This product can resist temperature to 180℃, and up to 220 ℃ using with other finishing agent. With excellent performance of resisting saturated salt pollution, it is available in all kinds of fresh water, brine or saturated salt drilling fluid system, which is an ideal additive for high temperature drilling fluid in deep wells.

4. Usage and Dosage

The product is preferably formulated into 5 % to 10% gel, and then added into the drilling fluid, keep the powder from agglomeration. The recommended dosage for the first time is 1.5% to 2% of the amount of circulating fluid.

5. Packaging and Storage

The solid powder product is easy to moisture, and it is packed in moisture proof kraft bag internal coated with plastic bag of 25kg net weight each. Guarantee period is 1 year long.

Liquid product is packed by plastic bucket or galvanized iron barrel of 50 kg or 200 kg net weight each. The liquid product should be stored for no more than three months.

Stored in cool, dry and ventilation places

7. Environment and Safety

This product is little toxic and avoid contacting with eyes, skin and clothes, otherwise wash with plenty of water. No swallowing.
